So far I have 2 wax anchors with which to attach some bizzare fantasy of mine onto reality. I made the clay first, then gel flexed it (urgh....disgusting stuff.) Ive made 2 just in case but of course its bound to work on the first attempt.(?) As I made the pieces in quarters I had to make another wedge part (see below). There will be characters holding onto a rope attached to it, they will be 2d and painted. I'm still not sure if it'll have to be a glass rope! A cunning escape from the world of fiction is planned otherwise the fear is they won't survive into the pages of history so it's likely to be a fairly elaborate affair. You know these fantasy characters tend to be a little flamboyant. Any way as for the wax, once its all sealed in an undestructable mould it will then be the melted away into a globular puddle at which point the true purpose of the whole affair can be achieved....it will be cast in glass. This will have to wait till after the weekend because I'm off to London.
